The Group’s venture into real estate development started in early 2010 when it undertook the development of Pusat Bandar Ampang in Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan.

Pusat Bandar Ampang is a mixed development project consisting of three (3) phases, in which phase one (1) offered 34 units of commercial shop offices and a hypermarket now known as Econsave Ampang Baru.

The Group is also involved in the development of Taman Tasek Indra, offering well more than 100 units of double storey residential houses known as “Indra Avenue” and “Indra Avenue 2” in two phases. The project was fully sold out shortly after launching.


The popularity of Indra Avenue and Indra Avenue 2 is due to them being strategically located within walking distance to popular amenities such as Tesco Extra, Maybank, schools, bus stops along major routes and many shop offices catering for various needs.

In year 2013, the Group also succeeded with the launching of One Ipoh Central. The project’s phase one (1) and two (2), consisting of 66 units of 2 storey shop offices and 34 units of 3 storey shop offices respectively, were again fully sold.

One Ipoh Central is located at the intersection of Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah (i.e. Federal Route 1) and Jalan Bercham, both major arterial roads connecting the different localities of Ipoh city. It is less than a kilometre drive from Exit 138 of the North South Expressway E1.

Subsequent to One Ipoh Central, the Group launched Pusat Perdagangan Tasek Indra, unveiling 24 units of contemporary 3+1 storey shop offices that comes with a double volume ground floor and mezzanine floor.

Pusat Perdagangan Tasek Indra is located within the golden triangle of Bercham, Simee and Ipoh Garden, next to One Ipoh Central. With an array of amenities such as banks, schools, hotels, hypermarkets, hospital, clinics, restaurants and many more within easy reach, it is undoubtedly a new and upcoming business centre of Ipoh.

As of year 2020, the Group has a portfolio of well more than 100 subdivided commercial and residential lots in the established, well connected and scenic townships of Bercham and Ampang, all approved by Ipoh City Council (Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh) for immediate development.
