The construction activities of S&F Cap are primarily undertaken by its wholly-owned subsidiary, S & F Projects Sdn. Bhd. (“SFP”), which is a Grade 7 contractor registered with the Construction Industry Development Board under Category B (“Construction of Buildings”), Category CE (“Civil Engineering”) and Category ME (“ Mechanical and Electrical”).

SFP is established since 1973. It has begun to diversify into construction industry since the year of 2014. SFP has obtained ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for the provision of works in 2021. Currently, SFP specialized in a wide range of the following works:

i. Civil infrastructure & Building Works
ii. Geotechnical and Soils Investigation Works
