S&F Cap has a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of bribery and corruption, and the same policy is applicable to all subsidiaries and full-time employees of the company. We are obliged and committed to conduct businesses in an honest and ethical manner, and do not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form. The company upholds all laws and practices relevant to countering bribery and corruption, including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Act 2009 and any amendments, and any subsequent legislation and associated codes of practice.
S&F Cap encourage its employees, clients and the public to lodge complaints of any doubtful business dealings and practices in the company, and ensures that any breaches of the company’s anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy will be treated with utmost seriousness, and that legal action will be taken.
